- VBD shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of vettimes.co.uk upon your breach of any part of these Terms.
- Termination shall be without prejudice to the accrued rights of either party.

- If You do not accept these Competition Terms and Conditions, or are not authorised to do so on behalf of Your business or work, You should not enter the competition. If You enter a competition in the course of Your business or work, You are also agreeing to these Competition Terms and Conditions, and the Rules of the competition, on behalf of that business.
- Competitions listed on This Site may have their own Rules, which should be read alongside and in conjunction with these terms and conditions.
- By entering a competition, either by intention or by mistake, You will be deemed to have accepted the Rules that apply to that competition, and to these Competition Terms and Conditions, and to agree to be bound by them.
- No purchase is necessary for any competition displayed on This Site.
- Only one entry is permitted per household via online route of entry, and no bulk or third party entries are permitted.
- Competitions are open to all veterinary professionals who work in veterinary practices and are residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over.
- Employees of pharmaceutical companies and veterinary companies who provide a service to veterinary practices are not eligible to enter. Neither are employees of VBD, the Sponsors with whom the competition or offer is being run, their agents, or anyone directly connected with the promotion may not enter. And their entries will be disqualified if they do.
- We accept no liability for any entry form or other documentation relating to the promotion being lost or damaged in transit. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
- Proof of entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt of entry.
- If we run a competition or offer with a Sponsor where that Sponsor is responsible for the provision of the offer or prizes, then VBD will not be responsible for, or have any liability for the provision of those offers or prizes.
- We and any competition Sponsor reserve in all cases the right to replace the stated prizes with other prizes that we consider to be of broadly equivalent value. We offer no cash alternative for non-cash prizes, and prize winners must accept prizes in the form offered. Prizes are not refundable or transferable.
- The winner of a competition may be required to sign a statement proving their eligibility / liability for the prize they have won.
- The closing date for receipt of entries is as stated for each individual competition. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries, and will be notified by email within 24 hours of the closing date (or next working day). The winner must respond within 72 hours of being notified. If they fail to do so, the competition will be redrawn and a new winner announced and notified.
- Details of all entries will be kept on a database and will only be passed to third parties to enable analysis or the processing of the competition and prize fulfilment.
- Winners of a competition have the right to refuse the prize as stated for each individual competition but no exchanges or cash equivalents will be granted or correspondence regarding an alternative prize entered into.
- Winners agree to co-operate in any publicity that may arise which may include their name or image being used on websites, magazines, or mobile services at any time as a result of the competition.
- We reserve the right to disqualify or not award a prize to an entrant who in Our opinion has not entered in to the spirit of these Terms and Conditions or the intention of the competition. The Editor’s decision in these matters in final.
- Neither We, nor competition Sponsors can be held responsible for any breakdown in communication systems or networks that may result in a text message not being registered or a text message not being delivered correctly or at all.
- The Editor’s decision is final in all matters relating to competitions, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Entries that are incorrect, illegible, incomplete, that do not conform to a competition’s Rules, or that are received after the closing date will be invalid and not entered for the competition.
