The UK’s leading provider of out-of-hours veterinary care has grown its network by opening its latest site at a first opinion practice in Peterborough.
Online course will cover ”Recruitment and contracts of employment”, ”Handling disciplinaries and grievances”, ”Effective performance management”, ”Dealing with sickness”, and ”Dismissing an employee”.
In a first for veterinary sector in Scotland, initiative “recognises the central role receptionists play as part of the practice team”, says group’s managing partner.
Recognised specialist in internal medicine and feline medicine takes up newly created role and will have responsibility for group’s medical education strategy.
